  • Every therapy journey is unique. If you feel ready to begin yours, simply reach out to me using the contact details below. We’ll arrange a brief phone or Zoom call to discuss what you’re hoping to achieve through therapy and see if we’re a good fit to work together. During this conversation, we’ll also agree on the frequency of sessions and whether you’re seeking short-term or longer-term therapy.

    Sessions typically last one hour and are arranged in blocks of six, which can take place either online via Zoom or face-to-face, depending on availability. Counselling offers you the chance to gain deeper self-understanding and reconnect with yourself, allowing you to navigate the world with greater clarity and peace. From this strengthened position, you’ll be better equipped to make decisions and nurture healthier relationships.

  • This space provides an opportunity for both of you to explore your current challenges and discover new ways of communicating and relating to one another. Having a neutral third party observe your interactions can offer valuable insights into maladaptive ways of communicating which can be replaced with alternative, more functional styles.

  • Supervision has played a pivotal role in my own professional growth and development, and it can do the same for you. A skilled supervisor brings seasoned experience, offering guidance, support, and the ability to challenge your blind spots.

    If you’re a professional who works closely with people—whether a GP, consultant, social worker, solicitor, psychotherapist, counsellor, or coach—I offer clinical supervision in a confidential setting where you can discuss your caseload, as well as personal and professional challenges. We’ll address any confidentiality limitations during our first session.

    Supervision fosters clearer insight, encourages creativity, and helps protect against burnout, apathy, overwhelm, and stress.

  • At Indigo Tree Counselling and Coaching, we offer hypnotherapy as a gentle, effective way to support positive change from within.     Join a supportive online mindfulness group for just £25 per month and receive 5 guided 30-minute sessions each month.

    Practising mindfulness online makes it easy to stay consistent, while being part of a real group adds warmth, connection, and gentle accountability — something apps often lack.

    These sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to pause, breathe, and build a regular mindfulness practice from the comfort of your own home.
